Vance is originally from Alabama, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of North Alabama. He earned a Master of divinity from Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary.

Vance is the founding and Senior Pastor of Hope Church in Las Vegas, Nevada. Since its launch in 2001, Hope Church has sent hundreds of people out of their fellowship on mission, invested millions of dollars in God’s global activity and planted sixteen churches in the western United States.
